This home in the Tokeneke section of Darien has splendid
views of a lagoon where wildlife can be viewed from most of the interior spaces.The original house was rebuilt from the first floor up with the exception of the one story wing on the right which was totally renovated.The left side addition included a new kitchen open to sitting area and sunroom. On the second floor were 4 additional bedrooms,laundry room,baths and a computer room.We also demolished a roof and created an upper deck overlooking the pool and lagoon.Phase 2 on this project was finishing a detached guest house which looked out upon the water.
