Mike has worked on numerous projects on this home as well.Phase 1 included adding 2 bedroom an office,laundry room
and formal entry.Also in phase 1 the house was given a facelift with new siding,windows and roof.Phase 2 included turning the existing dining room space into the kitchen area.
Phase 3 then included a new dining room with Master bath and dressing above and Man's room below. Phase 4 has a new rear terrace with pergola above. The rear terrace opens out to a swimming pool and pool house.
